Lesson 7            

Hello!  
Remember what we are learning about?  Valentines Day!  Today we will look deeper into Valentines Day.  There is also going to be a song to listen to at the end of this lesson!  
Last week, we talked about what Valentines Day is all about.  This week we will go deeper.  Remember all the different things you have to be to love?  Since Jesus always loved, he always met all of these things! 
The Bible says:  "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all soul, all your mind, and all your strength.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  The second is love your neighbor as yourself."
Matthew 22:37-39
Now you see how important love is to Jesus. Jesus actually said this!  Now listen to this one. 
There is no greater love than this: to lay down ones life for ones friend. 
John 15:13
Wow.  Thats amazing love.  Thats also exactly what Jesus did for us.  He loved us so much he died on the cross for us!
